Molly-Jane Dempsey is in 5th Class and she is an avid ambassador for Climate Change, looking after the environment and caring for others. She is a member of the Greens School Committee here in Maryborough and she excels at her role. She recently got in touch with the Minister for Health-Stephen Donnelly to get his response to an issue she felt very passionate about. Molly-Jane was worried about the poorer countries of the world during this pandemic and bravely hand wrote a letter with her concerns to the Minister, to our amazement she received the attached letter last week, answering her questions. Have a read of what the Minister replied to Molly-Jane. We are so proud of her courage and passion to write this letter for the benefit of others. We are very proud to have Molly-Jane as a student in our school here in Maryborough and the world is a lucky place to have Molly-Jane caring for it.
