The children have been busy beating their own record whilst enjoying time out of the classroom! Someone is chosen as ‘Runner of the Day’. The children are really enjoying it and getting better at running each day. Watch this space for our runner pics!!!

Did someone say Playground Leaders???
As part of our Active Flag this year, 5th and 6th Class have become ‘Playground Leaders’. Every Wednesday at 11am break they go to the Infants-1st Class yard and set up activities for them. They use the equipment of hoops, skipping ropes, hurdles and bean bags. They rotate leaders every week in groups of 4. They are really enjoying it and the children love it! 5th and 6th Class organise the activities themselves introducing their own games which has developed their leadership skills. You may see them with their blue ‘Playground Leader’ hi-vis jacket on-Don’t forget to say hi! Check them out-hard at work and especially check out all the lovely smiles!
